With a bachelor’s degree in physical education and a minor in nutrition, Jennifer Abrams knows what she’s doing when it comes to fitness. That’s the case not just with her body, but with others’ as well. She is a personal trainer and has two children, so I’m really not sure how she finds the time to do it all. She danced for twelve years (a pattern we’ve seen with many here at FBB), and has been lifting weights for sixteen. She competes at about 145 lbs, but gets up to 170 lbs in the off-season. This for a lady who stands 5’5″. She is thick with muscle, very strong looking.
