Eryn Strickland grew up in Maryland with a couple of brothers and a neighborhood of boys. She was athletic and competitive right from the start. She excelled in high school sports, especially lacrosse. She ended up landing a scholarship for her lacrosse to the University of Delaware. A trainer at the university taught her the basics of weight lifting, and she fell in love with it.
She graduated with a degree in nursing, but fell into a state of addiction that almost ruined her life. She was able to claw her way out, and now works as both a personal trainer and an emergency room registered nurse. Eryn says what so many people in America need is a fitness plan and the discipline to follow it!
