Carolina Panthers Cheerleaders

We should start the year off on the right foot by doing an in-depth study of everybody’s favorite NFL Cheerleaders – the Carolina Panthers Cheerleaders.

They are known as the Topcats, and they always cheer at the Bank of America Stadium when the Panthers play. There are 25 ladies, and they range in age from 21 to 33 years old. Let’s run through them really quick in alphabetical order:

Jennifer Nicole Lee in the Park

Jennifer Nicole Lee obviously doesn’t mind doing her thing in a public park. She looks great in the gold booty shorts and the tight black sports bra. Those may very well be the largest sunglasses I have ever seen! She is evidently doing some personal training – many of the participants are cropped out of the photos, but you can see a couple of gals in some. She is still the marketing phenom she always was, videos, books, fitness model and fitness competitor classes. more Jennifer Nicole Lee

Sara Hurrle

Sara Hurrle is definitely your standard “Type A” personality. She is an IFBB Pro, a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and owns her own gym. She grew up in the midwest in a fairly unhappy home. Sports like gymnastics and working out in the gym offered her an escape. She also tried softball, golf, dance, and soccer. But she ultimately fell in love with lifting weights at the tender age of 16.

In college, her activities continued and even increased. She managed the weight room, acted as a group fitness instructor, was the conditioning coach for the hockey team. She competed in several triathlons. Once she graduated, she worked as a corporate wellness instructor.

Sara is 5’5″ tall and weighs 125 lbs. She is 36 years old. Her measurements are more Sara Hurrle

Jackie Gayda

Jackie Gayda (aka Jacquelyn Gayda-Haas) was one of the WWE wrestling babes. She is 30 years old, and has retired several times, but has wrestled as late as February of this year. Jackie is married, and she and her husband have two girls and a boy. She was featured on the wrestling show because she won a contest called Tough Enough, where she endured some pretty rigorous training, avoided significant injury (other than a pesky ACL tear), and apparently loved it.

She’s still very active an very athletic, in fact she competed in July in the 2011 NPC Branch Warren Classic. She grew up in Ohio as the oldest of four, and played softball, basketball, was into cheerleading and swimming. Jackie’s favorite was always running. That led her into cross-country and track and field at the University of Toledo. more Jackie Gayda

Gretchen Coley

Most of Gretchen Coley’s accolades, or at least her publicity, began when she won the Ms. Bikini Universe in 2010. 2010 was definitely an active year for her. She was the overall champion of the 2010 NPC State Championships, she won the Bikini Universe, she placed in the top ten in the 2010 WBFF World Championships, and she was 14th in the 2010 Status Magazine Cover Model contest.

She is a spokesperson and fitness model these days, but more importantly she is a wife and mother to three children. She says she takes great pride in making sure her family lives a healthy lifestyle, and setting an example for them and others around her with her athleticism and positive attitude.

Gretchen is quite a success story. When she gave birth to her twins, she was 40 lbs overweight, and determined to get back into shape. As you can see, she succeeded in spectacular fashion, blowing into the scene via Ultra Fit Magazine, Oxygen Magazine, Natural Muscle, and Muscle and Fitness Hers. more Gretchen Coley

Stephanie Mahoe

No offense to any of our Norther readers, but Chicago isn’t known for putting out tons of fitness babes. Stephanie Mahoe definitely stands out in that crowd. She is a fitness model from Chicago Illinois who is 29 years old. She is 5’5″, 121 lbs, and measures 34D-26-35.

She is a little exotic looking. Born in Honolulu Hawaii, she is a mix of Portuguese, German, and Scottish. She has that Brazillian-looking bubble backside going for her, although in this case it’s hard as a rock. There are about a billion pictures of Stephanie out there, I swear she must model every single day. No wonder- she is gorgeous.

2011 NPC Excalibur Championships

The 2011 NPC Excalibur Championships, held in Culver City California on Dec 2, was a gigantic competition. Between the men and the women, over 300 hopefuls gathered to throw down some poses for the fans and the photogs.

Of particular interest was the Class A Bikini Competition, or more importantly, who ended up winning it. In her first contest, former (current?) glamour model Denise Milani took the crown. Shredded skin and some muscular displays were evident, apparently this lady has been on a strict diet for awhile now.

NFL Cheerleaders

We wanted to start the month of December off on the right foot with a whole bunch of photos of NFL cheerleaders. Winter is upon us, it’s football season, and what better time than to look out on the field and see these dazzling beauties flashing their pearly whites at us and entertaining for all they’re worth. Tanya Hyde

Tanya Hyde is a lot of things. By that, I mean it’s hard to describe her and tell you who she is and what she does succinctly. As you can see, she is a female bodybuilder and a fitness competitor. She also does quite a bit of fitness modeling, and she happens to be a professional chef. She always enjoyed cooking, so she went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York to obtain an official degree.

Tanya says the hardest part about competing for her is always the diet. She has such a love/hate relationship with food – she’s around it all the time, she is passionate about cooking, but then she has to be so strict and disciplined about what she eats because of her fitness aspirations. more Tanya Hyde

Vlatka Dragic

Not unlike Kelly Rennie, Vlatka Dragic started out her athletic endeavors when she took an interest in gymnastics. You tend to get pretty good at something if you spend 20 hours a week for nine years practicing it, which is exactly what Vlatka did.

Although she grew up in Croatia, as a teenager she moved to Australia, where she still lives today. She says she was inspired into the fitness modeling and competition world by the likes of Jamie Eason. more Vlatka Dragic
