Ava was the 2009 Figure Universe Overall Champion. I have seen marked improvements in her physique every single year. I think she first got into modelling in 2005, and has been in high demand ever since. She is also a certified personal trainer.

Sarah Chilia grew up in Ohio and still lives in that area. Because diabetes and heart disease run in her family, Sarah always tries to eat clean and healthy. She does bootcamp classes and tons of cardio to get ready for contests. What is “tons”? Try two 30-45 minute sessions every day, five to six days per week! She got into fitness competitions because she looked so dang good her friends insisted she enter one.

Lea Newman is 33 years old and lives in Florida. She is about 5’4″ tall and weighs 125 lbs. She grew up in New York and traveled a bit as a college student and as a member of the United States Air Force where she served as a Chinese linguist. Lea was active but overweight as a child, and during a particularly busy time in her life she found she weighed an astonishing 170 lbs. She started getting into the gym and doing more and more cardio, when finally the competition bug bit her. Both her beauty and her fitness seem to help her place well in the competitions she enters.

Nichelle Laus is one butt-kicking babe. Prior to starting her competitive fitness career, she was an amateur boxer and kickboxer for thirteen years. Growing up in Canada, she was always active with a focus on healthy liviing and fitness. She is a mother of two, and may have just recently given birth to her third child. Nichelle placed forth in her Pro Debut at the IDFA Toronto Classic in July of 2009.

Shannon Ditmer is 38 years old, stands 5’3″ tall, and has a contest weight of about 107 lbs. After slowly gaining weight over a period of years, Shannon decided to do something about it. She joined a fitness group and started exercising in earnest. She is now a national level fitness competitor, and a hot babe to boot!

Susan Hoverson went to University of Wisconsin where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. She first started competing on the bodybuilding scene in 1997. She is an ACE certified personal trainer. She owns her own company as a fitness consultant. Susan is known for her impossibly skinny waist and her feminine curves. She stands about 5’4″ tall, and measures 34D-26-35.

Sometimes I run across a lady with a bio or profile that reads so wacky and exotic, it almost seems fake. I don’t make up the news, ladies and gents, I just pass it on. So don’t accuse me of doctoring the data if I tell you Kristal Martin is 5’8″, weighs 135 lbs, measures 34D-25-35, and works in construction. She recently starred on Howard Stern’s Bowling Beauties, and she has won her fair share of NPC Figure competitions. She used to be an English teacher, which certainly makes me think of that song… hot for teacher.

Pamela Ann Jones is from the Dallas/Forth Worth area in Texas. She is a figure/bikini competitor. She stands 5’4″ tall, weighs about 110 lbs, and measures about 34C-23-34. There really isn’t that much info out there and available on Pamela, but I know she has some mighty fine abs, rocks the blonde look, and also does some risque poses and modelling on occasion.

Kimberly Martin is a 35 year old who hails from Atlanta Georgia. Blonde hair and striking blue eyes compliment a perfect body – Kimberly stands 5’5″ tall and weighs about 115 lbs. She’s been into the fitness lifestyle awhile now. She was on the cover of Oxygen Magazine back in 2003. After getting married and having two kids, she’s back into the Fitness Model world. She’s been working as a booth babe at some of the fitness shows lately, so if she looks familiar that may be the clue.
