Fitness Models Figure and Fitness Competitors
It’s been a few months (previous post), so I’m allowed to talk about Bernadett Matassa again. Wouldn’t want her to think I’m obsessed. Wow her body! And wow her eyes! I think she has been doing a lot of modeling lately. Bernadett, if you’re listening, you need your own website sweetie. Yes, we will all pay to see you.
Julia Ushakova is a beautiful fitness competitor from Russia. She may have the longest legs in the history of womankind.
I have had very little luck finding anything out about Christine Aguilar. She’s obviously one hot, fit brunette. In 2008, she placed 16 in her class in the USA Figure Championships. I am pretty sure she lives in Southern California.
Kristal Richardson was born in 1976 in Bloomington IL. She moved around a lot as a child, but she was always athletic. The list includes: dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, track, and volleyball. She moved to Miami after graduating from college, and still lives there. After seeing a figure competition, she dedicated herself with a trainer and nutrition coach.
At 5’4″, Ashley Cooper weighs in about 122lbs in the on-season. She measures 34-21-36. Ashley grew up in Cincinnati playing basketball, softball, tennis, gymnastics, you name it! After leaving college, she still had a thirst for competitive sports, and pushed herself in many areas of life. She set out to be an IFBB Figure Pro and wanted to be on the cover of Oxygen Magazine.
Rachel Guy is a 24 year old from Sydney Australia who makes a living as a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach. She looks a little like the singer Pink, only a muscular version! She is 5’5″ and 128 lbs.
Jen Lawson is a blonde fitness goddess with a pair of blue eyes that tend to knock the socks right off the judges. She is 5’3″, 115 lbs, 34DD/24/32. She loves techno music and Las Vegas. She has always been athletic, and at one time played volleyball and was a competitive swimmer.
Oksana Grishina was born in Russia in Kaliningrad. She won the 2006 Fitness World Championships. She is currently training for the 2008 Fitness International. She claims her diet is nothing special, she just exercises portion control. Oksana aspires to be an actress.

Fitness chicks that have abs so ripped they are veiny are rare. Veiny sounds maybe a little extreme with a touch of gross thrown in, so let’s change that to vascular. Rachel Cammon is one fine example. I can imagine this requires a lot of discipline, a strict diet, and tons of cardio. Emphasis on “imagine”, cause my abs ain’t ripped and I ain’t a chick. Rachel is a pharmaceutical sales rep, but her passion is IFBB Pro figure competitions. She is 27 and lives in Denver. Seriously, this is a direct quote from Rachel “I can’t cook worth a damn, and really don’t mind eating canned tuna straight from teh dangerously jagged-edged tin.” That’s my kind of woman… brave, willing to take risks, not afraid to eat standing up, and a great sense of humor. Also, she’s smoking hot. Not sure if she’s married, but I’ll wait him out. After he kicks the bucket, I’ll swoop in and BAM! turn on my irresistable charm and suck my gut in and ask her if she wants to go on a jogging date.
We talked about Mellissa Viegas not too long ago. She lives in Miami Florida. She stands 5’4″ tall, and weighs 125 lbs. Her measurements are 34-24-35. She is of Asian descent, but she looks more exotic and must have some interesting genes. She says she is “fun and energetic”, and she makes a living from fitness modelling.
