Heather Downey

Heather Downey is a fitness model who, as a child, had a very active life. She grew up on a farm, and says she didn’t play video games and send text messages, she climbed trees chased farm animals. She was also a competitive swimmer and a cheerleader. She developed her addiction to weight training and bodybuilding in high school, and after graduating she helped train others. She’s been on the cover of several fitness magazines, including my favorite Muscle & Ftiness.

Candice Keene

Depending on when you catch her, Candice Keene may not look terribly athletic. That’s not to say she isn’t constantly as hot as a lit firecracker, I’m just saying she doesn’t always sport a muscular or shredded look. Mighty-fine blue eyes, 5’5″ tall, 120 lbs, 34-25-34. She lives in Orlando Florida. Tempting to buy a plane ticket down there to try and find her and give her some roses, but I’ll try to compose myself.

Michelle Bishop Keeps Going

Michelle Bishop is still at it. We talked about her back in Feb of 2007, and we’re closing in on two years gone by now! Although she hasn’t competed since 2007 when she placed 16th in the USA Figure D Class, her fitness modeling career has really accelerated. She did a commercial shoot with Duncan Hyundai this month, and with Glamtography back in September.

Angela Segovia Skates

I wanted to make another post on Angela Segovia because someone recently sent in her myspace page. While I’m at it, I’ll post a few more photos of her. Kind of an exotic look, nice abs, I like the club photos.

Mindi Smith

Mindi Smith is a 28 year old fitness model who lives in Orange County CA. She is originally from Michigan, but moved to South Florida when she turned 20 to pursue modeling. She moved to the west coast in the summer of 2008. She is 5’8″, weighs 115 lbs, and measures 34-24-32.

Casandra Madero

Casandra Madero is a 5’4″ fitness babe who currently attends Florida International University. She is in great shape, with very low bodyfat balanced with no stringy muscles and a gorgeous face.

Jessica Canizales Fitness Diva

We haven’t talked about Jessica Canizales since 2007. Which makes me wonder if I’m a moron, or brain dead, of some kind of dysfunctional webmaster? The important thing is, we’re going to take another look at her today.

Jessica started out her career in Miami. She was going to school to be an interior designer, and working at Hooters. That curvy, fit body earned her a spot in the Hooters calendar several years in a row.

Noy Alexander

Noy Alexander was recently married, and now goes by Noy Debeer. She is a 32 year old fitness model who stands 5’2″, weighs 102 lbs, 34C-23-34. She drives a Porsche Cayman S, and she is and looks very Asian. Her body lends itself to being one of the best bikini posers in the history of mankind.

Amanda Victoria

At 5’9″ Amanda Victoria is fairly tall. She went through quite a metamorphosis in 14 weeks, turning that athletic but uninspiring body into a bronzed work of art. I think she graduated from University of Kansas, and is working mainly as a fitness model now. She took 1st overall and 1st in the tall class in the Natural Michigan Figure Show last year. Her measurements make us moan – 34DD-27-35.
