Courtney Bynog is 35 years old and lives in Lousiana where she helps breed quarter horses. She is 5’6″ and a very solid 135 lbs. Back in 1993, Courtney placed 2nd in her High School’s state powerlifting competition. She is a wife and mother, so her time is limited – she knows how to get the most benefit out of her workouts. Her back is amazing.

Stephanie Billings is a 25 year old muscular blonde from Kentucky. She is 5’7″ tall and weighs about 140 lbs. She has been competing for about 2 years now. After having a weight problem her whole life, Stephanie put herself on a diet in 2005 and lost 40 lbs. In 2007 she place 4th in her class in the Northern Kentucky Bodybuilding Championship. Wow, what a gorgeous gal. I think she also has a Master’s degree (or is working one) so her brains match her beauty.

Charla Cormier is a 35 year old blonde from Texas currently living in California. She went from 170 lbs to 126 lbs after having kids, eating twinkies, and swearing herself to a new life. She placed 9th in the 2009 NPC Arnold Amateur Championships, and has been in a number of other competitions.

Linda Riley may be the hottest and fittest 51 year old in the country right now. I’d certainly nominate her for that award. Uh, I’d also like to go to the competition. Linda lives in Monroe LA. She’s 5’6″ and a solid 148 lbs. She has 3 kids, all boys, the oldest of which is 30 years old. And here Linda is still smoking up the house! Her measurements are 36-25-36.

Abby Duncan is an IFBB Figure Pro who won the ’04 NPC Ironman. She earned her pro card in 2004 at the NPC Jr Nationals. She made the tour working shows for GNC in 2005 and also competed in a few contests. In late 2007, she had a baby boy. No word yet on when she might return to the competitive scene.

Shonda Lee is a 32 year old from Bossier City Louisiana. She loves competing in fitness and figure competitions, but she says modeling is her true love. She stands 5’5″ tall, weighs 121 lbs, and measures 25-25-35. She has very pretty green eyes! In 2008, she won 5th in the NPC Southern Classis, 3rd in NPC Louisiana BB & Figure show, and 8th in the NPC Nationals.

Well it’s been over a year since our last post on Dixie Reynolds, which in my opinion is a terrible travesty. If there was some type of inexplicable, tiny morsel of doubt in your mind about how beautiful fitness models and figure competitors could be, I think Dixie should be able to completely wipe it out. Dixie is from Florida, and started competing in 2006. She has trained with some of the best in the industry, and it didn’t take her long to earn her pro card.

Her website must be relatively new, a counter on her homepage shows only 4k visits. Either that or, Dixie I hate to tell you but your webpage is broken cause you are too hot to be so rarely visited. Her legs suggest many, many painful hours of weights and cardio. Behold women everywhere, Dixie is the mark to shoot for.

Katka Kyptova is a fitness competitor from the Czech Republic. She was born in 1983, and stands 5’5″ at 139 lbs. Like many fitness babes, she works as a personal trainer, and she is also a competitive lifter (bench press). She is multilingual, and speaks German, English, and French. I’m not sure if Katka was born with her freckles or if they are a result of excessive sun exposure, but either way I think they make her look cute!

She has thick, blocky abs that make my head spin with delight.

Amy Lee Martin is a 5’5″ tall native of Indianapolis Indiana. She is 32 years old, and started out in gymnastics, track & field, and cross country. You don’t get legs like that from sitting around on the couch! One of Amy’s favorite quotes is a very powerful one:
