Michele Bigler is a 43 year old mother of three. She was raised in Southern California. Michele says she eats lots of fish and trains like a track and field athlete. She has a BS in dental hygiene, so when she flashes those pearl whites you know they sparkle. She has tons of muscle, and unlike a lot of girls, she is trying to take a bit of muscle off her legs as she feels it is actually hurting her in the judging during competitions.
Julie Palmer
Julie Palmer is 5’5″ tall and competes at 124 lbs. She won 2nd place in the 2010 Arnold Fitness International Contest. I am pretty sure she placed 2nd at last year’s show too. Her fitness routines are phenomenal – she is very athletic. She works as both a registered nurse and a personal trainer near her home in Ohio. She cheered and did gymnastics in high school.
2010 IFBB New York Pro Fitness Championships

FBB Fitness Model – Jessica
Jessica is a former track star who is branching out into fitness modeling. She has strong, smooth legs, and cute little freckles. I think this girl has bigger triceps than I do, and we all know I am a Male Adonis (ahem). She is currently a college student, so being a fitness model is just a part time gig when she has the free time and the opportunity. Jessica still enjoys running with ferocious intensity, and weight training. Those green eyes are meant to hypnotize, and her measurements (32-24-33) suggest she’s in the game to play hard!

Nicole Wilkins
Nicole Wilkins is the all-star living embodiment of the cheerleader next door. Well, she may be about 10x hotter than the average cheerleader next door, but you know what I mean. Her brown eyes and blonde hair make you think “cutie-pie” while her rock hard physique make you think “mercy.” Nicole started out as a ballet dancer as a child before she moved on to cheerleading. Cheerleading led to gymnastics, which lead to injury. When she was in high school, Nicole tore a ligament in her knee. The ensuing surgery and rehabilitation started her down the path of weightlifting, strength training, and bodybuilding. She earned an exercise-related degree in college and has been a Figure Competitor for a couple of years now. As I noted a few days ago, Nicole won the 2010 Arnold Figure International. What’s amazing about Nicole is that she is one of the very few FitBabes who have crossed over and competed in both Figure and Fitness – and she has won in both categories. This gal is not only good looking, she is tremendously athletic and talented.

Natalia Muntean
Natalia Muntean moved to the United States from the Ukraine in 2002. She currently resides in Florida. She has a degree in international business and foreign languages. She started doing fitness competitions and fitness modeling in 2008. She has won a number of bikini contests, and caught my attention as the cover girl for Oxygen on the April 2010 edition. Natalia has a very full physique, nothing extreme or exaggerated – good muscle tone and bodyfat level, good proportion and complexion.
Emily Nicholson
Emily Nicholson is quite a wildcard. Her body suggests she has devoted most of her life to the pursuit of physical perfection. But she actually has a law degree, a Master of Law in Taxation, and a Certificate of International and Comparative law. She lives in Chicago, and says she has been interested in bodybuilding ever since she was a little kid. She finally fully dedicated herself to training, and gave up bodybuilding (which sounds like her true love) in favor of figure competitions and fitness modeling. Emily is now an IFBB Pro. Watch out for her in the Figure Olympia!
Caitlyn Bellamy
Caitlyn Bellamy is a fitness model I saw recently in a print advertisement for a fat burner. I don’t think she has ever needed any kind of fat burner. Just look at her. Wow, she is ripped. Women’s fitness is unique in that it can be difficult for women to drop below a certain bodyfat level. Doing so sometimes makes the woman look stringy, not hot. Fitness models (and competitors) have a tough time with this as they have to judge what the audience (or judges) are looking for, and adjust their fitness nutrition accordingly.
Caitlyn is from Canada in British Columbia. She is 5’9″ tall and weighs 127 lbs. Her measurements are a heavenly 36D-24-35. Not too long ago, Caitlyn was a mother and wife who smoked 1/2 pack of cigarettes a day and had little or no muscle. Well look at her now! She says her abs are her favorite bodypart to train.
2010 Arnold Fitness International
Here are the top seven ladies from the 2010 Arnold Fitness International. Some of the routines were nuts. The looks and the athleticism this year seem to be that much better than last year’s. Something about Ohio seems to bring out the best in these girls, and the Arnold is pretty prestigious so you know the best are in the contest.
