Fitness Models Figure and Fitness Competitors
At 5’4″, Ashley Cooper weighs in about 122lbs in the on-season. She measures 34-21-36. Ashley grew up in Cincinnati playing basketball, softball, tennis, gymnastics, you name it! After leaving college, she still had a thirst for competitive sports, and pushed herself in many areas of life. She set out to be an IFBB Figure Pro and wanted to be on the cover of Oxygen Magazine.
Mindi Smith is a 28 year old fitness model who lives in Orange County CA. She is originally from Michigan, but moved to South Florida when she turned 20 to pursue modeling. She moved to the west coast in the summer of 2008. She is 5’8″, weighs 115 lbs, and measures 34-24-32.
Janet Lynn West is a NPC Figure Competitor who is 47 years old. She is 5’4″ tall, weighs 123 lbs, and measures 35D-25-33. She lives in Ellicott City Maryland.
Janet received a degree in accounting, then went on to get a MS in Human Resources. Although she worked in these fields for awhile, she is now a competitor and personal trainer. She was active as a cheerleader as a child, and even cheered for the Washington Redskins.
Casandra Madero is a 5’4″ fitness babe who currently attends Florida International University. She is in great shape, with very low bodyfat balanced with no stringy muscles and a gorgeous face.
We haven’t talked about Jessica Canizales since 2007. Which makes me wonder if I’m a moron, or brain dead, of some kind of dysfunctional webmaster? The important thing is, we’re going to take another look at her today.
Jessica started out her career in Miami. She was going to school to be an interior designer, and working at Hooters. That curvy, fit body earned her a spot in the Hooters calendar several years in a row.
Rachel Guy is a 24 year old from Sydney Australia who makes a living as a personal trainer and a strength and conditioning coach. She looks a little like the singer Pink, only a muscular version! She is 5’5″ and 128 lbs.
Liza Kampstra is 34 years old and lives in Denver CO. Liza has always been a little dynamo, but she was forced to give up her favorite passion – soccer – due to a knee injury. She is Asian, she is a married mom, and whoa man she is hot. She is officially an IFBB Professional competitor, she is unofficially my dream babe.
Jen Lawson is a blonde fitness goddess with a pair of blue eyes that tend to knock the socks right off the judges. She is 5’3″, 115 lbs, 34DD/24/32. She loves techno music and Las Vegas. She has always been athletic, and at one time played volleyball and was a competitive swimmer.
I don’t know how I keep stumbling across so many Asian fitness models, dumb luck? Posing outdoors like that with no bodyfat and hardly any clothes on is not a good way to stay warm. I would be happy to wrap her up and get the blood flowing. Alas, she knows me not.
